The client is a highly profitable, boutique hedge fund in London that doesn’t typically run training programs for new hires.
They needed a short, intense one-on-one coaching program to get a new hire up to speed, with a particular focus on modelling and valuation for SaaS (Software as a service).
The client also needed the new hire to have access to learning and support on an ongoing basis as they got up to speed.
