Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Our digital resources such as online courses are downloadable and cannot be refunded if the course has been accessed
- Open courses cannot be refunded if the participant has attended all or part of the course
While we have every confidence that our products and services will exceed your expectations if you have a refund request for an exempt product please contact us and we’ll evaluate each situation on a case by case basis.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Exempt items where the case is deemed to be appropriate for a refund
The amount to be refunded is at our discretion based on the condition or situation regarding the item being returned.
Please do not return items without following the procedure. To request a refund please email us with your order information and the condition of the items being returned. We will notify you of your request’s status and organize the return by email. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If your refund has not been received within 10 working days please contact your bank or credit card company first. If they are unaware of any impending credits please contact us.
Bundled, sale and discounted items
Products purchased as part of a sale or discount scheme will be refunded at their purchase price if applicable. Bundled discount products cannot be refunded individually.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
As part of the refund process we will inform you when and where to send your product to. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The original purchase’s shipping costs are non-refundable but if you are exchanging a damaged or incorrect item we will pay the outgoing item’s shipping.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning high-value products you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
