Alastair Matchett | Founder & Instructor
-Alastair has over 22 years of experience teaching on Wall Street and beyond. He began his career at J.P. Morgan in mergers and acquisitions, covering financial institutions and oil and gas, before moving to the private equity firm 3i. Alastair then left to begin instructing and set up AMT Training in 1997. At the start of 2016, he founded Financial Edge Training and has since been delivering programs at 7 of the top 10 investment banks.

Deborah Taylor | Instructor
-Deborah, who is a chartered accountant, was a director at Barclays Equity Research for 7 years before joining Financial Edge. During her time there, she specialized in accounting and valuation research as part of one of the top ranked teams in her sector. In more recent years, Deborah worked as co-head of Sustainable and Thematic investing, carrying out research on corporate governance issues such as corporate tax and regulation. She is also co-author of the book ‘Financial Statement Analysis under IFRS’, published in 2018.
