Juan holds a Ph.D. in quantitative finance and has been a CFA charter holder since 2013. He started his professional career as an analyst at Merrill Lynch. With over ten years of experience developing and delivering programs for financial institutions, Juan has taught at investment banks, asset management firms, rating agencies, and sovereign wealth funds in the U.S., EMEA, APAC, and Latin America. Some of his areas of specialism include financial analysis, financial modeling, valuation,and deal structuring.
Outside the world of finance, Juan is an avid tennis fan, having been a nationally ranked NCAA Division I tennis player.
