Nikolaos Antypas

Dr Nikolaos Antypas is a Lecturer in Finance and Exams Officer for the ICMA Centre Postgraduate Programmes. Dr Antypas’ research interests primarily focus on Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, CEO related issues, such as performance, turnover and succession planning, and ESG corporate activities. Specifically, he has studied the shift in stock market performance of acquiring firms after the recovery from the financial crisis in 2008; his study highlights improved corporate governance as the main actor of the improved performance.
