Seth Wainwright has been working in talent and development for 17 years, starting out in the telecoms industry before moving into financial services in 2006. His roles have included Principal Consultant at the Matchett Group, Business & Commercial Training Manager for Barclays Wealth, and Regional Head of Talent Development for Credit Suisse Private Bank.
Since 2011, Seth has created over 100 different professional skills programs, coaching a hugely diverse group of talent from individuals working in finance to Premier League football clubs.
